Terms

By using Browside you agree to these terms.
The service
We let you open public websites in remote browsers (Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit) to check how they look and behave at different screen sizes. WebKit here is the open-source engine running on Linux; it is not identical to Safari on Apple devices, so results can differ from real iPhones and Macs.
Acceptable use
You may only test websites you are allowed to test. You must not:
- use the service to attack, scan, overload, or probe any website or network;
- try to reach private networks, internal addresses, or our own infrastructure;
- access content that is illegal, or use the service to commit fraud or other crimes;
- work around limits, create accounts to evade limits, or resell access;
- enter credentials or sensitive personal data into tested sites.
We may block, limit, or remove access without notice if we see abuse or risk to the service.
Plans and limits
Session counts and lengths depend on your plan (guest, free, or Pro) and may change. Limits shown in the product apply. Pro "unlimited" session starts are subject to fair use, session length, and concurrency limits.
Payments
Pro is $4.99 per month. Card payments renew automatically until you cancel in the billing portal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Crypto payments buy a fixed 30-day period and do not renew automatically; pay again to extend. Unless the law says otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a period has started.
Accounts
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
No warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", without promises of uptime or that it will find every issue with your site. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you in the product or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
